Job summary

Partner Valuation Advisors (PVA) seeks a certified general real estate appraiser for on-site inspections and final review of appraisal reports. This role involves heavy travel (50%+ per month) and requires USPAP-compliant reports with accurate site and improvement descriptions observed during inspections.

Travel expenses are covered by PVA. A CG license is required; applicants without it will not be considered. MAI designation or candidate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license required.
• MAI designation or candidate preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of exhibits and memos illustrating inspections.
• Frequent travel to on-site properties based on work requests.
• Manage travel arrangements and expense reports.
• Participate in client meetings as needed.
• Build relationships with market leaders to exchange best practices.

Education

Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license

MAI designation or candidate

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or relevant field
