Job summary

Partner Valuation Advisors is seeking a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser to conduct on-site inspections and final reviews for USPAP compliance. This role involves heavy travel (50%+ monthly) with travel costs covered by the company, and requires the CG license across states. A BA in a relevant field is preferred.

Applicants should reside near Omaha, NE or within commuting distance and be ready to travel. MAI is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license is required and must be active in at least one state
• Willingness to travel 50%+ per month across states
• MAI designation or candidacy is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and calendar management

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of exhibits and memos illustrating inspections
• Travel frequently to on-site properties based on work requests
• Manage travel arrangements and expense reports
• Participate in client meetings as needed
• Build relationships with market and business leaders to share best practices
