Job summary

Partner Valuation Advisors seeks a certified general real estate appraiser to assist with on-site inspections and final review of appraisal reports. This role involves extensive travel (50%+ per month) and ensuring USPAP compliance for subject property descriptions observed during inspections.

The successful candidate must hold a CG license (MAI preferred) and be able to travel across states. A Bachelor's degree and solid experience in commercial real estate appraisal are required.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, or the panhandle of Florida.
• Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in at least one state.
• MAI designation or candidate is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other relevant field required.
• Strategic understanding of commercial real estate appraisal.
• Active driver’s license and ability to travel across states.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time/calendar management is strongly desired.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of necessary exhibits and memos illustrating inspections.
• Frequent travel to on-site properties based on assigned work requests.
• Management of travel arrangement requirements and associated expense reports.
• Participate in internal and external client meetings as needed.
• Review appraisal reports to ensure USPAP compliance based on inspections.
