Job summary

PharMerica, a BrightSpring Health Services company, seeks an Account Manager of Client Services for the Houston, TX area. This non-retail pharmacy environment focuses on long-term care facilities and hospitals, with 85% travel and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will build and maintain strategic client relationships, drive renewal and retention, and collaborate across departments to ensure service excellence and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of client management or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or B2B.
• Ability to communicate to all management levels; strong time-management and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds partnerships with clients to sustain growth and success.
• Manages client relationships and serves as primary go-to person for the client base.
• Participates in Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews and Pharmacy Optimization Services.
• Leads client contract renewal process with key PharMerica stakeholders.
• Owns client issue escalation and resolution with internal partners for timely responses.
• Manages client data and communications in the CRM system.
