Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in client management, strong communication, and advanced MS Office skills. Travel-heavy, non-retail environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years in a client management, customer service, or client support role; healthcare or B2B setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management.
• Excellent time management and basic computer skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong partnerships with clients through consultation and collaboration for ongoing success and growth.
• Accountable for all aspects of client relationships; primary point of contact for the client base.
• Engages with all levels to discuss issue resolution, growth opportunities, and performance in reviews.
• Leads client contract renewal processes in collaboration with PharMerica stakeholders.
• Owns client issue escalation and resolution with internal partners for timely responses.
• Manages client book of business in the CRM, tracking activities, issues, tasks, contacts, and communications.
