Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with participant assessment, training, coaching, and job readiness services.
• Supervise and/or provide direct employment services to program participants.
• Develop and maintain accurate paperwork; case notes, service reports, and time studies as applicable.
• Provide hands-on training and supervision to participants at various work locations.
• Gather data to meet reporting requirements including work behaviors and productivity.
• Collaborate with staff to address vocational or behavioral issues and develop accommodations.
