You will rotate to different UPMC facilities across Pennsylvania, New York, and Western Maryland roughly every six weeks, expanding your clinical skills within a leading health system.

Qualificações
- Registered Nurse with Medical-Surgical experience.
- Willing to rotate to multiple facilities approximately every six weeks.

Responsabilidades
- Provide high-quality nursing care in assigned UPMC facilities and units.
- Rotate assignments approximately every six weeks, with potential redeployment based on needs.
- Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment in all patient care aspects.
- Communicate patient status and changes with physicians and healthcare team.
- Follow hospital policies, infection control, and confidentiality requirements.
- Build effective working relationships across diverse clinical environments.
- Participate in patient education, discharge planning, and ongoing professional development.
