Planned Parenthood Mar Monte seeks a Float Clinician I (NP/PA/WHNP/CNM) in Tracy, CA. The role covers a wide range of reproductive health services, with travel to Hayward and Oakland. A float differential of up to $6/hour applies, in addition to the base $75-$79 hourly pay.

Position includes a robust training program and opportunities to provide contraception, abortion services, STI testing, gender-affirming care, and preventive care within a team-based outpatient setting.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited NP, PA, WHNP, or CNM program.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice in California.
• Board Certification
• CPR/BLS certification (current or within 30 days of hire).
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to thrive in a team-based environment.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Windows-based systems)

Aufgaben

• Review and interpret medical and social histories for reproductive health patients.
• Perform medical screening examinations for male and female patients.
• Interpret labs, order further tests, and ensure follow-up.
• Provide a full range of contraceptive methods including injections.
• Manage basic STI and genito-urinary conditions; provide medication abortion as indicated.
• Prescribe and educate on emergency contraception.
• Diagnose and treat uncomplicated STIs and GU conditions.
• Provide gender-affirming hormone therapy and related care.
• Offer premenopausal and menopausal health services.
• Act as medical consultant to clinic staff.
• Manage emergencies in the health center and participate in staff training.
