Job summary

Planned Parenthood Mar Monte seeks a Float Clinician I to deliver comprehensive reproductive healthcare across sites in Oakland and travel to Hayward and Tracy. The position offers $71-75/hour in Oakland, CA with travel differential and affiliate supplements.

Expect to support multiple centers, participate in training, and uphold high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. The role includes supervision over medical procedures, contraception services, STI care, gender-affirming

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP/PA/WHNP/CNM program.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice in California.
• Board Certification.
• CPR/BLS certification (current or within 30 days of hire).
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to thrive in a team-based environment.
• Basic computer proficiency (Windows-based systems).

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret the medical and social history of sexual and reproductive health patients.
• Perform medical screening procedures/exams for male and female patients.
• Interpret laboratory data and order follow-up tests as indicated.
• Provide contraception options including injections.
• Diagnose and treat uncomplicated STIs and genitourinary conditions.
• Provide gender-affirming care and related services.
• Assist in clinic staff training and center management.
• Contribute to meeting health center productivity goals.
