Planned Parenthood Mar Monte is seeking a Float Clinician I in Hayward, CA. The role covers clinical care, patient management, and team engagement across centers, with additional travel responsibilities.

The position offers a base hourly wage with travel differential, full-time benefits, and a robust training program. Ideal candidates are NP/PA/WHNP/CNM graduates with valid California licensure, CPR/BLS on file, and a strong customer service orientation.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited NP, PA, WHNP, or CNM program.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice in the state of California.
• Board Certification
• CPR/BLS certification (current or within 30 days of hire).
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to thrive in a team-based environment.

Responsabilidades

• Review and interpret medical and social history for reproductive health patients.
• Perform medical screening procedures/exams for male and female patients.
• Interpret laboratory data and ensure follow-up.
• Provide contraceptive methods and injections.
• Provide medication abortion as indicated.
• Diagnose and treat uncomplicated STIs and genitourinary conditions.
• Provide gender-affirming hormone therapy and related care.
• Act as a medical consultant to clinic staff and manage emergencies.
