Job summary

Fives HPM | Aftermarket Americas seeks a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support Fives machines at customer facilities across Texas and the United States. The role requires extensive travel, hands-on work, and direct customer interaction with an emphasis on safety and quality.

Candidates should be comfortable working independently in the field, communicating with customers, and following technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and CNC capabilities for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and qualifying industrial equipment.
• Ability to obtain a passport and credit card for business travel.
• Ability to read and analyze professional journals, technical procedures, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Install, demonstrate, qualify, repair, and modify Fives machines at customer facilities.
• Follow drawings and service documentation to perform service tasks.
• Train customer personnel on operation and safety of machines.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and complete service reports.
