Job summary

Viaero Fiber Networks seeks experienced OSP Fiber Splicing Technicians to join our field team. You will splice fiber, test paths, and troubleshoot to ensure high network reliability. Regional travel and outdoor work are required.

Qualifications include 1+ year splicing experience, valid driver’s license, ability to pass DOT, and comfortable lifting up to 80 lbs. We provide paid lodging while traveling and per diem, and all fusion/testing equipment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of fiber splicing experience.
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks and DOT physical.
• Proficiency with testing/specialized equipment and splice closures.

Responsibilities

• Perform fiber optic cable splicing, testing and terminations.
• Troubleshoot and repair fiber paths to ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with field service teams to support operations.
