Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a skilled ER RN for a 5‑week travel assignment in Renton, WA. You will deliver rapid, high‑quality care in a fast-paced ED, with a schedule of 12‑hour nights and a 36‑hour workweek, while earning competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

One year of recent ER RN experience.
Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC Certification.

Responsibilities

Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival, prioritizing care based on severity.
Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocols.
Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergency treatments and exams.
Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout the ED and document findings in EMR.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, paramedics, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
