Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Silverdale, WA. The role offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour nights, and travel-friendly pay with comprehensive benefits.

As part of our ER team, you'll deliver rapid-response care, triage, and treatment in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with physicians and support staff. Requires RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and 1 year ER experience.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ER RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA / ARC) or ENPC Certification.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients on arrival.
• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per emergency nursing protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during treatments and exams.
• Document nursing assessments, interventions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
