Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Omaha, Nebraska. Emergency Room Nurse position located in a high-acuity, Level I Trauma Center.

This role involves providing urgent and critical care to trauma, sepsis, chest pain, shortness of breath, and stroke patients in a fast-paced environment. The assignment requires adherence to specific protocols and certifications.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years ER experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass skills exam.
• Nail policy prohibits artificial nails.
• Radius rule: 50 miles; no prior full/part-time/PRN with affiliated facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent and critical care to trauma, sepsis, chest pain, SOB, and stroke patients.
• Will float to OBS and Freestanding ER once a week.
