Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN in the ED for a travel assignment in Conroe, Texas. The ER RN will work 12-hour night shifts, 48 hours per week, starting 10/05/2026 for 6 weeks.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of acute care ER experience and current ACLS/BLS/PALS/ENPC/TNCC/CPI certifications. Responsibilities include evaluating and triaging patients, delivering care under physician instructions, documenting history and vitals, providing IV therapy, wound care, and maintaining supplies.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC, CPI certifications required.
• 1 year of ER acute care experience preferred.
• Emergency Department RN travel role.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, triage and implement care under physician instructions.
• Provide basic bedside care and IV therapy.
• Document medical history and vital signs; monitor patient wellbeing.
• Maintain supplies and equipment; report suspected abuse as needed.
