Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an Emergency Room RN for a travel nursing assignment in Conroe, Texas. This position requires 1–2 years of recent acute care experience and offers 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, and travel benefits.

As an ER Travel Nurse, you will assess, triage, and implement care following physician orders in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include bedside care, wound care, IV therapy, and maintaining supplies, with emphasis on patient safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC, CPI certifications required.
• 1 year of acute care nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Clean and bandage wounds.
• Provide IV therapy.
• Maintain supplies and medical equipment.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.
