Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse for an Emergency Department (ED) assignment in Conroe, Texas. The ER RN should have 1–2 years of recent acute care experience. Start Date: 10/26/2026. Duration: 13 weeks.

Hours: 36 per week. Shift: 12 hours, evenings. Employment Type: Travel. Responsibilities include evaluating, triaging, and implementing care with physician instructions; bedside care, wound care, IV therapy, and documentation.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC, CPI commonly required for ER travel assignments.
• 1 year or more of acute care experience preferred.
• Certification requirements may be updated before starting the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, triage, and implement care in the ED per physician instructions.
• Provide bedside care, wound care, IV therapy, and monitoring.
• Document medical history, monitor vitals, and report concerns as needed.
