Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel RN for the ED in Prattville, Alabama. This assignment runs 13 weeks at 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts in a high-volume ER. Cerner experience and multiple certifications are preferred.

First-time travelers may be considered with at least two years of RN experience. Facility details include ER with 17 beds and unit-specific orientation; travel nurses receive weekly pay, guaranteed hours and a supportive staffing agency structure.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• “2+ years’ experience” travel not required for first-time traveler.
• Cerner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in ED as per unit protocol.
• Monitor and manage high-acuity patients.
• Collaborate with ER team to ensure patient safety.
