TotalMed is seeking an ER travel nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Montgomery, Alabama.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of acute care ER experience, ACLS/BLS/PALS/TNCC, and be able to work 12-hour night shifts on a 48-hour week. This fast-paced ED role emphasizes triage, treatment, and effective communication within a diverse care team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent acute care ER experience.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIH certifications may be required.
• 2 Years or equivalent ER experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage emergency patients in a fast-paced ED.
• Provide basic bedside care and wound care; administer IV therapy.
• Document medical history, vital signs, and monitor patient well-being.
• Collaborate with the care team to implement physician orders.
