Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an ER travel nurse for a 13-week assignment in Madison, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of acute care experience, be comfortable with 12-hour night shifts, and be prepared for travel assignments.

As an ER Travel Nurse, you will triage and manage care, document histories and vitals, and support a fast-paced emergency department environment. Required certifications include TNCC, ACLS, BLS, and PALS.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of acute care experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced emergency setting.
• Strong assessment, triage and patient care skills.
• Certifications TNCC, ACLS, BLS, PALS are required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and triage patients in a busy ED.
• Provide care and document medical histories and vital signs.
• Coordinate with physicians and care teams during shifts.
• Maintain equipment and ensure patient safety in a 12-hour night shift.
