American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position in Wisconsin. The role requires 3+ years of travel ED experience or 5+ years in a large ED setting, with an active RN license (WI or Compact) and certified in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC, plus NIH Stroke Scale.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (WI or Compact) currently in hand.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (AHA certifications required).
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required.
• 3+ years of ED travel experience or 5+ years of ED experience in a large facility without prior travel experience.
• Nursys verification required within 30 days prior to start.
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Emergency Department-Trauma unit setting.
• 13-week assignment with night shift schedule (19:00-07:30).
• Works every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH).
• Uses EPIC EMR system.
• May be required to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address.
• Radius rule applies; local candidates may be considered at a reduced rate depending on distance from the facility.
• Should begin discussing assignment extension with management approximately 45 days before the end date.
