Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Holyoke, CO. This role offers 40 hours per week, night shifts, and ASAP start in a fast-paced ED setting.

You will triage, administer life-saving treatments, and collaborate with physicians and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care while enjoying competitive pay and comprehensive benefits through a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience.
• Current RN license in good standing with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certification.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival, prioritizing care based on severity.
• Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per emergency nursing protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergency treatments and examinations.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety in the emergency department.
• Document patient conditions and interventions in EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adhere to hospital safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
