Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Springfield, MA. You will work in a fast-paced ED on 12-hour night shifts, totaling 36 hours per week, delivering rapid-response nursing and high-quality patient care.

The role requires one year of ER experience, MA RN license, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC. TNCC and related certifications are preferred. Join a supportive team with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ER RN experience
• Current MA RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certification
• Strong critical thinking and communication under pressure

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival
• Explain emergency procedures to patients and families
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols
• Assist physicians during treatments and exams
• Monitor patient comfort and safety in the ED
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
