Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Wray, Colorado. You will provide rapid-response, high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency department, triage patients, administer medications, and support physicians and the healthcare team.

Travel RN benefits include competitive pay, first-day medical/dental/vision coverage, PTO after 1560 hours, and a dedicated clinical team. Start date 10/19/2026; 36 hours per week on day shifts.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience required.
• Active RN license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients on arrival.
• Explain procedures and treatments to patients/families.
• Administer medications per ED protocols.
• Assist physicians during emergency treatments.
• Document assessments and interventions in EMR.
