Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an Emergency Department RN for a travel assignment in Johnstown, PA. The role requires 1–2 years of recent acute care experience and rotates shifts with 36 hours per week for 13 weeks.

As an ER Travel Nurse, you will triage and treat patients in a fast-paced setting, document histories, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with a diverse care team. ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications are often required.

Qualifications

• ER nursing with acute care experience required.
• ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications preferred.
• 1.5+ years of acute care ER experience ideal.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Clean and bandage wounds.
• Provide IV therapy.
• Maintain supplies and equipment.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.
