Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN in the ED for a 13-week travel assignment in Johnstown, PA. The role requires a 36-hour work week with 12-hour shifts and a rotating schedule. Immediate travel RN opening with 1–2 years of acute care experience preferred.

As an ER Travel Nurse you will evaluate, triage and implement care per physician orders. You will document medical history, monitor vital signs, and support patients and families in a high-pressure setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
• 1–2 years of recent acute care ER experience.
• Willing to travel for a 13-week assignment in Johnstown, PA.

Responsibilities

• Provide ER patient triage and acute care in a fast-paced ED.
• Document patient history and vital signs; monitor well-being.
• Administer IV therapy and wound care; manage supplies.
• Collaborate with diverse care team to implement physician orders.
