Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Mount Clemens, MI. This RN will work 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced emergency department, delivering high-quality patient care.

The role requires 1 year of ER RN experience, active RN license, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC certifications. Preferred TNCC, NIHSS, CPI, NRP, and SANE certifications may be considered.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience required.
• Valid RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA / ARC) or ENPC Certification.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients on arrival.
• Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocols.
• Prepare equipment and aid physicians during emergency treatments and examinations.
• Monitor patient safety and comfort in the ED.
• Document nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, social workers and staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
