Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel ER Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Marshall, MI. This role involves rapid assessment, triage, and high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience.
• Valid RN license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS or ENPC certification.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients on arrival based on severity.
• Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per emergency nursing protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergencies.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety in the ED.
• Document patient conditions, interventions, and outcomes in EMR.
• Initiate patient education plans as needed in acute care settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
