TotalMed RN in Duluth, MN seeks an Emergency Department RN for a 13-week travel assignment. You will join a fast-paced ED team, performing triage, assessments and urgent care tasks on 12-hour rotating shifts. Requires 1–2 years of acute care experience and active certifications (BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC).

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent acute care experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required.
• Additional certifications may be required before starting.
• Travel RN experience may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, triage and implement care per physician instructions.
• Perform minor medical procedures and wound care.
• Assist with IV therapy and patient monitoring.
• Maintain supplies and medical equipment.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.
