Job summary

TotalMed is seeking an Emergency Room RN for a travel assignment in Two Harbors, MN. You will join a fast-paced ER team, performing triage, assessments and care coordination to ensure timely, safe patient care.

Ideal candidates hold BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC, with 2+ years of acute care experience, and are prepared for 12-hour rotating shifts. This travel role offers weekly pay and robust benefits through TotalMed RN.

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, 2 Years
• Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, triage and implement care following physician instructions.
• Care for patients in a fast-paced, urgent and emergency environment.
• Perform minor medical operations, advise on illnesses or injuries, plan long-term care needs.
• Document medical history, check allergies, obtain vital signs, monitor patient well-being.
• Provide basic bedside care.
• Clean and bandage wounds.
• Provide IV therapy.
• Maintain supplies and medical equipment.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.
