Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking Emergency Department travel nurses to fill an ER RN role in Duluth, MN. The assignment runs for 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of recent acute care experience and current BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC certifications. Responsibilities include triage, care, IV therapy, documentation, and patient education in a fast-paced ER setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years recent acute care experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced ER.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and triage ER patients.
• Provide bedside care and wound care.
• Administer IV therapy and monitor patient status.
• Document medical history and vitals.
• Work in a fast-paced emergency environment.
