Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an ER travel RN for a 13-week assignment in Chicago, IL. You will assess, triage, and treat patients in a fast-paced ED, collaborating with physicians, paramedics, and other staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Requires 1 year ER RN experience, current RN license, BLS/ACLS, and PALS or ENPC. Competitive pay and benefits are provided, with day-one insurance and additional incentives where applicable.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Current PALS (AHA / ARC) or ENPC Certification

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival
• Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Prepare equipment and aid physicians during emergency treatments
• Monitor patient comfort and safety in the ED
• Document comprehensive nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR
