Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Lincoln, NE. You’ll triage and treat patients in a fast-paced ED, collaborating with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality care.

The role requires one year ER RN experience, active RN license, and current BLS/ACLS; PALS or ENPC is preferred. Travel benefits include competitive pay, day-one insurance, and 24/7 recruiter support.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience.
• RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certification.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival.
• Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocols.
• Prepare equipment and aid physicians during emergencies.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety in the ED.
• Document patient conditions and interventions in EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
