Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Hastings, Nebraska. The role focuses on emergent care in a fast-paced ED, with nights shifts and 36 hours per week.

You will bring at least 1 year of ER experience, active RN license, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. The position offers competitive pay, benefits, and support from a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• ER RN with specified certifications and state licensure.
• Active RN license in good standing and current BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC.
• One year of ER RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage and assess patients on arrival, prioritizing care.
• Explain emergency procedures to patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols.
• Prepare equipment and aid physicians during treatments.
• Monitor patient safety and comfort in ED.
• Document assessments, interventions and outcomes in EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff.
