Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Spearfish, SD. This role requires 1-2 years of acute care experience and rotations on 12-hour shifts. The position is travel-based with a 13-week duration and 36 hours per week.

The ER RN will triage, assess and treat patients in a fast-paced setting, performing basic bedside care, IV therapy and wound care while adhering to established protocols and physician orders.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent acute care experience required.
• Emergency Department RN travel assignment.
• Certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, triage and implement care per physician instructions.
• Care for patients in a fast-paced emergency environment.
• Document medical history and vital signs; monitor patient status.
