Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an Emergency Room travel nurse (RN, ED) for a 13-week assignment in Spearfish, SD. The role requires 1-2 years of acute care ER experience, BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

12-hour shifts, rotating, travel employment with weekly hours around 36.0. As an ER Travel Nurse, you will triage, assess and provide care per physician instructions, document patient history and vitals, and support families.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent acute care ER experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced emergency environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, triage and implement care following physician instructions.
• Document medical history and allergies; monitor patient vital signs.
• Provide basic bedside care, wound care, IV therapy and maintain equipment.
