MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.

The RN will work a 12-hour shift, for 36 hours per week, on a 13-week assignment in the ED. Active RN license and acute care ER experience are required, with BLS/ACLS/PALS possibly needed depending on the facility. Travel benefits include housing options and full credentialing coverage.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• 18+ months of recent ER experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, intervene and stabilize trauma and illness with decisive action.
• Understand triage to prioritize injuries by medical need.
• Make quick, accurate assessments of incoming patients' physical and mental health.
• Provide care for patients across varied emergencies in ED.
