Anders Group is hiring a Travel ER Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) in Duluth, MN for a 13-week assignment. This travel nursing opportunity lets experienced ER nurses expand clinical experience while joining an established healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Current MN RN license or Compact RN license if eligible.
• 2+ years of ER experience preferred.
• BLS certification through AHA.
• Additional unit certifications may be required.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in the ER Emergency Room unit
• Create and update individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes
