Job summary

Anders Group is seeking a Travel ER Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Hibbing, MN. You will provide bedside nursing care in the ER, develop and update care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and the care team.

Ideal candidates hold an MN RN license (or Compact), have 2+ years ER experience, and current BLS through AHA. This travel role offers competitive weekly pay, housing/meal stipends, and licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current MN RN license or Compact license if eligible.
• 2+ years ER experience preferred.
• BLS certification through AHA.
• Additional unit certifications may be required.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in the ER Emergency Room unit
• Create and update individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes
