Qualifications And Skills Required

• At least one year of recent ER RN experience
• Valid RN license in accordance with state regulations
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications
• Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Physical ability to perform necessary tasks, including lifting and moving equipment
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and computer skills
• Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility to handle irregular activity and maintain attention to detail
