Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) in Phoenix, AZ, seeks an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide rapid, high-quality emergency care. You will assess, triage, and monitor patients, administer treatments and medications, and assist physicians during procedures.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of ER experience, an active RN license, and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications, along with strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ER experience required.
• Valid RN license and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to move equipment, work under pressure, and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and monitor emergency patients.
• Administer treatments and medications as ordered.
• Assist physicians during procedures and document patient conditions.
• Educate patients and families; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure safety and infection control compliance.
