Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Lincoln, NE. The role involves rapid-response, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ED, with a dedicated clinical team and competitive pay and benefits.

The ideal candidate has 1 year ER RN experience, Nebraska RN license, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC certifications. Responsibilities include triage, treatments, documentation, and collaboration with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ER RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certification.

Responsibilities

• Rapid triage and assessment of patients upon arrival.
• Administer medications and treatments per emergency protocols.
• Assist physicians during emergency procedures.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition.
• Document care in EMR with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide patient and family education on procedures and care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient care.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
