Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an Emergency Department Travel Nurse in Lincoln, NE for a 13-week assignment. The role requires 1–2 years of acute care ER experience, ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS/NIH certifications, and 12-hour night shifts at 48 hours per week.

The ER RN will evaluate, triage and implement care per physician instructions in a high-paced environment, with responsibilities including documentation and patient education.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, TNCC, NIH, PALS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of ER or acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care in a fast-paced ED environment.
• Perform triage, monitor vital signs and document care.
• Assist with procedures, wound care and IV therapy.
• Communicate with patients and families regarding care plans.
