Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Benkelman, NE. The ER RN will deliver rapid-response, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department, triaging patients, administering treatments, and collaborating with the medical team.

Requirements include one year of ER RN experience, a valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications. Preferred additional certifications may enhance eligibility.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience required.
• Valid RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certification.

Responsibilities

• Triage and prioritize patients on arrival.
• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Assist physicians during emergency treatments and examinations.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety in the ED.
• Document nursing assessments and interventions in EMR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
