HonorHealth in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced RN for evening shifts across multiple locations within our Skilled Nursing group. This internal travel program offers 13-week assignments with potential extensions and weekly earnings up to $2,943.

You'll provide patient care guided by ANA standards, manage meds and IVs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality outcomes. Eligible for benefits and a sign-on bonus when converting to core staff.

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required.
• BSN within 60 months of hire or 5+ years RN experience.
• NLN/CCNE graduate preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care according to ANA standards and care plans.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy per orders.
• Document patient history, symptoms, and care outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on illness, care needs, and home care.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure quality outcomes.
• Precept and mentor new staff and students.
