Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse for an ER travel assignment in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. This 13-week contract requires RN licensure in Wisconsin and 3–5+ years of ER experience, with Epic charting proficiency. You will work 12-hour night shifts, weekends, and be prepared to float within a defined radius.

Guaranteed 24 hours per week with weekly pay and a start date of 11/09/2026. Minimum requirements include AHA BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC credentialing and prior travel experience.

Qualifications

• ER RN experience 3–5+ years required; one prior completed travel contract required.
• Epic charting experience in the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ER, including triage, assessment, treatment, and ongoing monitoring of acutely ill or injured patients.
• Administer medications, perform procedures as ordered, and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams; communicate changes in patient status promptly.
• Document care and interventions in Epic, with attention to accuracy and timeliness; maintain charting within the last year.
• Participate in unit activities such as point-of-care testing, blood sampling, ISTAT reporting, and maintaining supply levels.
• Float to related departments and other facilities within a defined radius as needed; support coverage during holiday rotations.
