Job summary

Modern Healthcare Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Electrophysiology Lab in Des Moines, IA. You will work four 10-hour days, with shifts starting at 6 or 7 AM, and no call or weekend requirements.

The role requires EP Lab experience, Iowa license (or multi-state), ACLS/BLS, and EPIC CUPID EMR familiarity. Travel and rotation across regional sites may be required in winter.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 24 months of EP/EP/IR nursing experience.
• Active Iowa license or compact/multistate license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Experience with EPIC CUPID EMR preferred.
• Prior travel nursing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality EP nursing care in the lab.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for patient outcomes.
• Administer meds and assist with EP procedures.
• Monitor vitals and respond to changes.
• Educate patients and families on procedures and post-op care.
• Float to other regional locations as needed.
