Job summary

Kings III is seeking an experienced Elevator Technician to install and service emergency phone equipment for customers in the Washington market. Candidates must live or be willing to live within the posted market where routes start and end at their homes.

You will perform initial installations, ongoing maintenance, and repairs, with travel required. The role requires a current Elevator Mechanic License and strong customer service and independent-work skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold current and valid Elevator Mechanic License.
• Two years experience installing/repairing elevator and emergency telephones.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the area.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, driving record check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform the initial installation of emergency phones, ongoing maintenance, and repairs to ensure safety.
• Receive tools, materials, and support to run routes and carry out installation and service duties daily, with travel.
