Job summary

M.C. Dean seeks a seasoned Superintendent to lead electrical construction projects from planning through execution. You will coordinate site activities, manage subcontractors, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while maintaining project profitability.

Expect heavy travel up to 75% and a demanding outdoor/industrial environment. Responsibilities include developing the integrated project plan, reviewing drawings, tracking progress, and mentoring technicians for promotion.

Qualifications

• Min 10 years in electrical industry with 2 years as foreman
• Travel up to 75% may be required
• Master electrician license preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain ethical and motivated behavior
• Motivate and lead teams and team members
• Develop the estimate and the integrated project plan with the project team
• Understand the contract, scope, specifications, drawings, and integrated project plan
• Plan, organize, and direct daily activities to the plan
• Direct and supervise teams and delegate responsibilities to foremen and electricians
